Here's What Happens
Don't worry, there's no pop quiz. We save the grading for your property.
We Listen
We ask how you use your yard, what's been bugging you, and how you dream of using it. You can come with a Pinterest board or just a problem you want solved. We ask the questions, you answer what you can, and we figure out the rest together.
We Walk the Property
We look at what your yard is telling us. How water moves across it, where the grade changes, what your soil and sun exposure will support. Your site will shape this project as much as your wish list will. We want to understand both.
We Talk Budget
You don't need to know exactly what your project should cost before we meet. We'll talk about the budget you're comfortable with, what that can accomplish, and where we'd put the money first. If the wish list and the budget don't line up, we'll help you prioritize.
We Give You Honest Advice
Sometimes the best answer isn't the first one you had in mind. We'll talk through what we see, point out options you may not have considered, and explain what we think will work best for your yard.

After your consultation, we get to work. You'll receive an itemized project proposal that takes everything we talked about and puts it on paper. Digital paper. We're saving the trees for your yard.
If your wish list is bigger than your budget right now, we work through it together until the plan reflects what you're ready for.

Once your contract is signed, the scope and price are locked. Nothing gets added, changed, or swapped without a change order you approve. The proposal is flexible. The contract is a commitment, and we honor it both ways.

Pushy isn't really our style. We'd rather earn your trust than rush your decision. Read the proposal, sleep on it, talk it over, take your time. We'll be here when you're ready.

Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment and you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
