VHS Outdoor Living was founded in 1999 by Chris, a San Antonio native who started with a mower and a shovel and built one of the city's most trusted design-build outdoor living companies. We have been working in San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country for nearly 30 years.

We handle everything from design through construction. VHS is a full-service design-build company. You will not have to coordinate separate designers, landscape contractors, and hardscape crews yourself. One VHS team manages your project from the first consultation to the final well check, so there is a single point of contact the whole way through.
