Expert Landscape & Outdoor Living Design in San Antonio, TX
Every project starts with a plan. We offer two ways to work together, a Design + Build path where design is included as part of your contract, or a Design-First path with a paid design phase so you can see the full vision before committing to a build. Both paths lead to the same place: a well-planned outdoor space built by the same team that designed it.

DESIGN + BUILD
Design Included.
No Separate Fee.
Ready to move forward with your project? Our Design + Build path fully integrates design, planning, and construction.
Once your Project Proposal is approved, you sign your Construction Contract, pay the Project Retainer, and your project moves into active planning and scheduling. We work collaboratively through layouts, material selections, and project details before construction begins.
This approach allows projects to move efficiently while securing your place in our installation queue earlier in the process. This is the path most of our clients choose.
Consultation → Approve Project Proposal → Sign Construction Contract → Pay Project Retainer → Design Development → Scheduling → Build

DESIGN FIRST
Visualize Your Project
Prefer to complete the design process before signing a Construction Contract? Our Design First path begins with a separate paid Design Agreement that includes design meetings, material selections, renderings, revisions, and collaborative planning before a Construction Agreement is signed.
Once the design is finalized, we prepare a detailed Project Proposal. If you decide to move forward, you sign your construction agreement, pay the project retainer, and your project moves into the active planning and installation queue.
