Most of the landscape lighting systems we install are low voltage. They're energy efficient, flexible enough to adjust as the landscape changes, and well suited for lighting beds, trees, paths, and outdoor living areas. We size the transformer for the system and keep it out of sight.
Low-Voltage Lighting
Path lights make walkways, steps, and changes in elevation easier to see after dark. We space them where they're actually needed rather than lining a walkway with lights just because there's room.
Path Lighting
Uplighting brings trees, stonework, walls, and architectural details back into view after dark. Mature live oaks are especially good candidates because a few well-placed fixtures can show off the trunk and canopy without lighting the entire yard.
Uplighting
Smaller fixtures can highlight a plant, water feature, sculpture, or architectural detail without lighting everything around it. We use accent lighting where there's something worth drawing your eye to.
Accent Lighting
Overhead string lighting over patios, pergolas, and outdoor dining areas. One of the most popular additions to a covered or uncovered patio. Creates ambient light and works for everyday use and entertaining. If we're building the structure too, we can plan the mounting points and power during construction.
String Lights
Motion-activated or always-on lighting can be added around driveways, gates, entries, and darker areas of the property. We position security lighting so it does its job without blasting the rest of the yard with unnecessary light.
