Not every project needs to start with an on-site consultation. Quick Projects are standalone projects we can often estimate from measurements, photos, and a few details you send us. Think a new fence, a concrete patio, a pergola, or another project with a clear, measurable scope.
Most Quick Projects are under $10,000, although the size and price can vary depending on the work. If we can get what we need to estimate your project without a consultation, we'll keep the process simple.
They're scheduled around our active builds, so there's no full consultation and no waiting in the full project queue.

Quick Projects work best when the scope is focused. A single service, a problem that needs solving, or a feature that needs adding. If the scope can be clearly communicated with measurements, photos, and a few project details, we can often prepare an estimate without an on-site consultation.

We will send you a detailed proposal. Once you're ready to move forward, you'll approve the scope, sign a contract, and pay a deposit to get on the schedule.
Step 4:
We Get It Done
The work gets scheduled around our active builds and completed with the same care we bring to every project. You'll know what's happening and when.
