We’re grateful that more people than ever are investing in their outdoor spaces and we’re honored by the demand for our work. As a small, boutique company, our top priority is delivering high-quality craftsmanship and outstanding service to every client we take on.
 

In order to do this with the increased demand, we have some requirements for new client intake:

• Minimum Project Budget
  We require a minimum budget of $8,000 for all renovation and installation projects. If your project is below that amount, we won’t be the right fit at this time.
   

• Consultation Fee
  We charge a $100 on-site consultation fee for renovation and installation services. This includes:
  ✔ An on-site consultation
  ✔ A typed and itemized budget breakdown
  ✔ Photos of similar completed VHS projects
  (Please note: This fee does not include a design drawing.)
