This Rogers Ranch outdoor living project in San Antonio was designed for comfort, privacy, and water efficiency. The homeowners wanted a modern, usable backyard where they could relax and entertain year-round.
We built a custom pergola with a polygal roof for full weather protection, allowing the homeowners to enjoy the outdoors rain or shine. The structure sits atop a paver patio and is complemented by a privacy screen, providing shade and seclusion from nearby homes and the neighboring pool area.
The lawn area was originally planned for turf, but the clients opted for real grass, so our team designed an innovative drip irrigation system to handle the tight corners and odd layout efficiently. A series of segmented concrete pads and steps connect the driveway to the pergola, creating flow, structure, and a clean, modern aesthetic.
