Hollywood Park Outdoor Kitchen & Landscape Installation
This San Antonio outdoor living renovation was all about elevating a compact backyard into a polished, functional retreat. The homeowner wanted a comfortable space to entertain and unwind, so our team designed a layout that blends luxury finishes with smart, small-space solutions.
We built a custom patio cover complete with blocking for heaters, ceiling fans, and a TV mount, and added skylights to keep the space bright and inviting. A tongue-and-groove ceiling and tiled concrete overlay give the patio a high-end, cohesive look.
The design also includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a custom Big Green Egg station, and thoughtful planning to maximize both flow and function. To soften the surrounding hardscape, we added artificial turf, river stone, and new plant beds, a perfect mix of texture and color.
From design to wiring to final finishes, this project shows how even small spaces can make a big statement in outdoor living design.

From Bare Lot to Backyard Retreat in Northwest San Antonio
This Northwest San Antonio landscape design in the Pecan Springs subdivision began as a completely blank slate, just construction debris and bare soil. Working closely with the homeowner, we created a design that blends function, comfort, and curb appeal, transforming a new build into a warm, welcoming outdoor retreat.
The design features stepping stones with turf joints leading from the driveway to the front door, creating a natural, cottage-style approach that softens the hardscape and complements the home’s modern architecture. In the backyard, a cozy fire pit and overhead lighting set the stage for relaxed Texas evenings under the stars.
For functionality and flow, we installed a shadow stone pathway wrapping around the pool to the back gate, bordered by mulch beds and native Texas plantings for texture, color, and easy maintenance. Every detail of this space was designed to feel inviting, practical, and timeless, a true example of how intentional design can turn a new build into a home.

Boerne Backyard Renovation – Poolside Pergola
This Champion Heights backyard renovation in Boerne transformed a post-construction yard into an outdoor retreat. After the homeowners installed a new pool, their backyard was left uneven and unusable.
We installed artificial turf around the pool, framed by Colorado Riverstone beds, red yuccas, and custom corten steel planters for modern contrast. To keep the turf cool during Texas summers, we added irrigation heads built into the turf edges, a smart touch for families and pets who love spending time outdoors.
A custom paver patio with chop stone ties the design together, leading up to illuminated steps that climb to the hot tub.
A custom pergola and seating area were built atop a leveled retaining wall, turning a once-sloped, uninviting yard into a space for entertaining and relaxing.

Timberwood Park Native Landscape
This Timberwood Park landscape design brings art and ecology together to create a space that feels alive, welcoming, and truly Texas. From the start, the homeowners wanted a native, drought-tolerant landscape that supported pollinators, conserved water, and turned their new-build property into a peaceful retreat.
Our team designed a Hill Country–inspired layout with drip-irrigated beds, river rock borders, and a hydromulched blend of Bermuda and habitat grasses for a water-smart lawn. At the back of the property, we transformed a steep, unused slope into “Pollinator Hill,” planted with Texas wildflowers, including the homeowner’s favorite, bluebonnets, to attract butterflies and bees all season long.
We also built a granite-finished seating area using salvaged stone from the site, complete with lighting for gatherings large and small.

"Moditerranean" Outdoor Transformation in Terrell Heights
This Terrell Heights project brings a Moditerranean (Modern + Mediterranean) vision to life with clean lines, blue pottery, and colorful Texas-adapted plantings. Our team transformed the yard using reclaimed pavers from the client’s pool construction to create a sustainable, stylish patio and limestone Lueder walkway that connects each outdoor zone.
Low-maintenance artificial turf adds contrast against natural stone, while native plants soften elevation changes and enhance pool safety. We also designed a custom landscape lighting system for curb appeal and nighttime security, along with a red cedar picket fence and “Secret Garden” gate for charm and function.
The result: a modern, low-maintenance San Antonio landscape that blends Mediterranean warmth with Texas durability, built for beauty, comfort, and longevity.

Low-Maintenance Family Retreat in Alamo Heights
With its classic brick details, durable materials, and intentional design, this Alamo Heights landscape blends classic charm with modern function. The homeowners wanted a low-maintenance space that felt classic yet practical, with room for their grandchildren to play.
We began by designing a clean, structured landscape using native and Texas-adapted plants arranged along the fence line for a polished, uncluttered look. To improve accessibility and safety, we widened the existing concrete driveway and installed an 18-foot double gate that integrates with the property’s fencing. These upgrades increased parking space and also added security for the family’s vehicles and outdoor areas.
The standout feature is the D’Hanis brick patio and walkway that ties the entire design together. It is a nod to the home’s historic character and enduring craftsmanship. A custom red cedar pergola and soft artificial turf play area complete the backyard, creating a comfortable, welcoming retreat made for connection, relaxation, and lasting memories.

Rogers Ranch Outdoor Living Renovation
This Rogers Ranch outdoor living project in San Antonio was designed for comfort, privacy, and water efficiency. The homeowners wanted a modern, usable backyard where they could relax and entertain year-round.
We built a custom pergola with a polygal roof for full weather protection, allowing the homeowners to enjoy the outdoors rain or shine. The structure sits atop a paver patio and is complemented by a privacy screen, providing shade and seclusion from nearby homes and the neighboring pool area.
The lawn area was originally planned for turf, but the clients opted for real grass, so our team designed an innovative drip irrigation system to handle the tight corners and odd layout efficiently. A series of segmented concrete pads and steps connect the driveway to the pergola, creating flow, structure, and a clean, modern aesthetic.

Castle Hills Outdoor Living Renovation
This Castle Hills landscape renovation was a full transformation, turning an outdated yard into a cohesive, stylish, and functional outdoor living space. The homeowners wanted a fresh look that blended modern design with comfort and craftsmanship.
We began by removing the old raised planters that broke up the space, then reimagined the layout to create better flow and connection between each zone. The design features a Belgard paver overlay, a custom outdoor kitchen, and a built-in fire pit lined with fire brick for durability and safety. A concrete countertop and tile accents add clean contrast to the kitchen, tying the modern look together beautifully.

Family Friendly Backyard in San Antonio
This full backyard renovation transformed a basic builder patio into a cozy, multi-use outdoor living space. We converted the original concrete slab into a screened porch with a tongue-and-groove pine ceiling and pet-screen panels, creating a bug-free dining space.
We also created a dedicated grilling and gathering area, complete with pergola, room for their Traeger and Blackstone, and space to host friends, all without needing gas, water, or electrical lines.
A custom trellis with a built-in projector screen became the heart of movie nights, turning Fridays into family traditions. New garden beds filled with pollinator-friendly plants brought butterflies through the yard daily, making the homeowners say, “We have a butterfly garden now.”
This outdoor transformation added livable square footage and created a peaceful retreat they love to share.

Woods of Shavano Landscape Renovation
This Woods of Shavano backyard renovation in San Antonio transformed a dated, shady yard into a lush, low-maintenance retreat.
We installed a Belgard paver patio for a solid, stylish foundation and added artificial turf for a green, maintenance-free lawn all year long. In areas where natural grass made sense, we used a hardy variety of St Augustine grass.
The design also features Rio river rock beds, shade-tolerant plants, and a natural stone walkway leading to the backyard. A custom privacy screen, drainage improvements, and new irrigation system complete the transformation.

Hill Country Cottage Garden – New Build Transformation
They say good things come in small packages, and this Hill Country cottage garden proves it. When our clients moved into their new San Antonio home, the yard was steep, sloped, and unusable. They dreamed of a family-friendly space with room for gardening, play, and sustainability.
The result is a cozy and functional outdoor space that packs a lot into a small footprint: a synthetic turf play area, raised garden beds, and a custom rain catchment system designed to collect and reuse water efficiently. We incorporated galvanized tubs, native Texas plants, and cottage-style stonework to capture the rustic charm the homeowners envisioned, all while ensuring easy maintenance and longevity.

Modern Outdoor Kitchen & Driveway Design
This San Antonio outdoor living project is a perfect example of collaboration, craftsmanship, and creative design.
We designed and built a custom outdoor kitchen using the Belgard wall system with a concrete countertop and tile accents contrast and style. The space connects seamlessly with a travertine paver walkway and integrated path lighting for a clean, contemporary feel.
To improve drainage and durability, we installed underground piping. To give “Dottie,” the family’s Airstream, a proper home, we poured a custom concrete driveway designed to match the look of the walkway. Though it appears segmented, it’s actually a monolithic pour built for durability and long-term strength. Corten steel planters border the space, adding a green screen to help Dottie blend in with the landscape.
With new xeriscape plantings and in-ground lighting, the result is a functional, low-maintenance design that perfectly balances modern aesthetics with long-term performance.

Woods of Shavano Xeriscape Renovation
This Woods of Shavano xeriscape renovation in Northwest San Antonio blends accessibility, sustainability, and curb appeal. The homeowners wanted a practical, eye-catching, and water-efficient alternative to their high-maintenance lawn and our team delivered.
We began by removing the existing turf and installing new planting beds filled with native and drought-tolerant plants, each connected to a drip irrigation system for targeted watering and minimal waste. Oklahoma flagstone walkways add warmth and texture, including a gently graded path to improve wheelchair access and a secondary path that loops around the front yard tree.
With its mix of variegated greens, natural stone, and soft landscape lighting, this design proves that a xeriscape can be both vibrant and inviting.
