This Regency at Esperanza project in Boerne is one of several outdoor transformations we’ve completed in this community, where we’ve handled the full design and build from start to finish.

These properties often start with challenging grades and limited usable space. Working alongside Cody Pools, we designed and built the surrounding landscape to support the pool while making the yard more functional and cohesive.

We installed custom retaining walls to level the space and create usable areas for both everyday living and entertaining. These walls also allowed us to integrate drainage solutions throughout the property, managing runoff and protecting the long-term health of the landscape.

Low-maintenance plantings were selected for privacy and structure, softening the space while keeping upkeep simple. Texas Blend Riverstone beds and clean edging help tie everything together. Drip irrigation was installed for both the lawn and the beds to reduce water consumption.

The result is a clean, structured outdoor space that feels finished, functions well, and is built to last, turning what was once a difficult yard into a space the homeowners can actually use.
